
BOXING
Boxing (also known as "Western boxing" or "pugilism") is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves and other protective equipment such as hand wraps and mouth guards, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring.

Although the term "boxing" is commonly attributed to "western boxing", in which only the fists are involved, boxing has developed in various ways in different geographical areas and cultures.
In global terms, boxing is a set of combat sports focused on striking, in which two opponents face each other in a fight using at least their fists, and possibly involving other actions such as kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes, and headbutts, depending on the rules.
Some of the forms of the modern sport are western boxing, bare knuckle boxing, kickboxing, muay-thai, lethwei, savate, and sanda. Boxing techniques have been incorporated into many martial arts, military systems, and other combat sports.

Hi,

I'm Mo Miri, a truely inspired Boxing fanatic, raised and trained by nobody else but my father, a renown Belgian and Benelux champion.
​
In this passion for Boxing on one hand, I'm also very skilled in Kickboxing, intense physical training, Calisthenics, Power and Endurance training.
With an unwavering clarity, common sense in boxing strategies and a 'no-nonsense-mentality' I strive to get the best out of everyone.
I hope we'll meet in the gym.
KALALY MUKANDILA

Hello,
My name is Kalaly, a former boxer and English boxing coach approved by the LFB (League Francophone de Boxe) with over more than 35 years of experience in the field.
During my extensive career, I have developed expertise in physical and mental preparation, combat strategy and boxing techniques. Having guided several boxers on the Boxing course, my greatest accomplishment has been training boxers.
With my experience and skills, I am able to develop the talents of my boxers and lead them to victory.

FREE CLASSES
We are not offering any free trial classes.
And this for two reasons;

Most of the people coming for trial class(es) never subscribe. They are not really seriously interested, don't know what to do with their time or just come over to parasite on the fact that it's free.

Secondly, we have professional coaches and infrastructure. You just can't get a clear notion of the atmosphere or quality in just one class.

Therefore we offer a trial month at 25€ to give you a realistic experience of our club.​ This way we are not wasting time and dedication for anyone.
