The nature of Boxing & Kick Boxing is that they belong to the most complete sport disciplines you can imagine. And with complete we are siting their very challenging nature when it comes to practicing them.
Not only on the physical level, where you will be challenged with high levels of cardio training, strength, speed and endurance, but also on the mental with motor skills, strategy and awareness.
All features that are tremendously contributing to you and the development as a human being, regardless of the fact that you want to step into the ring or not.

OUR MOTIVATION
"Contributing to the growth of reasonable developed human beings".
Time and society has changed, from children's playgrounds, street, parks and fields to the technological realm of internet and social media. That doesn't mean we are against those media. It's just, the addiction and endless disposal to information that has no practical nor functional outcome in the evolution of a human being, is utterly and totally useless. It has no function, no goal, except for the waste of time, ......and life of the individual.
It is tremendously sad to see that adults in the first place and their offspring, are becoming increasingly stupid and underdeveloped due to their own laziness and ignorance. That they are failing the most basic physical development and when entering an activity, event or sport circle, are stumbling over the inability of their own body and mind.
It is a tragedy to see that the vast majority of people are getting estranged from their body, from a natural way of moving and are lacking simple coordination and movement skills.
Our goal relies in counter balancing this phenomenon and creating an awareness that is not only contributing at large to their development, but also facilitates every other aspect of their lives. It will not only alleviate your life, you will become more healthy, aware, skilled and developed.

APPROACH
It is exactly for those characteristics mentioned here above that we are stimulating people for these sports. And this for all levels and ages, as those elements are inferior to individual development.

There are 3 major fields of development;
​
1. MOTOR SKILLS
Translated in incorporating technique of movement. Whether this entails the huge variety of warming up exercises, punch and kicking techniques, change of direction or endless combinations in space and velocity.

2. CARDIO TRAINING
One of the most demanding and hardest elements characterizing this sport. It is the endless repeating and varying aspect, grafted on variations, altering sequences and endurance over time and intensity.

3. INSIGHT
All these things are nothing but tools. But tools need to be practical. So we need the necessary insight and awareness to use them to their utmost efficiency. This means becoming aware and developing yourself to a higher level than yesterday, doing it more refined and precise. That makes a develop human being.
