WHAT IS ?

Cross Training is a highly intense Work-out that combines Cardio, strength and endurance training. We are working with (segmented) body weights, steps, ropes, resistance bands, kettle bells, tires, weights and a million variations, all timed and to a constant pace.
​
It is an over-all Work-out, so every fiber of your body will be trained and it is one of the most beneficial Work-Outs if you want to stay in shape, build overall muscle mass, loose weight and an endurance that will serve your daily life or other sport activities tremendously.
2 VERSIONS

INTENSE
The "INTENSE" version is really like the word says. The intensity is high, the pace is high, the resistance is high, the endurance is high. They are made for those who have a regular sport history. The ones who are really looking for a challenge to improve, to grow, attaining their goals and becoming a another version of themselves.

LIGHT
The "LIGHT" version is for beginners, those with an irregular sports history, a considerable period of inactivity, injuries, pregnancy and want to pick up again and practice again without the high pressure and competitiveness.
​
Don't fool yourself. You can always improve. But getting frustrated, demotivated, or falling into relapse of injuries because the intensity is to high, is no improvement and doesn't benefit anyone.
