Ready to go for a real challenge? Well, you are at the right spot!
Circuit training is a full hour intense Work-out. It combines Cardio, strength and endurance training. We are working with (segmented) body weights, steps, ropes, resistance bands, kettle bells, tires, weights and a million variations, all timed and to a constant pace.

It is an over-all Work-out, so every fiber of your body will be trained and it is one of the most beneficial Work-Outs if you want to stay in shape, build overall muscle mass, loose weight and an endurance that will serve your daily life or other sport activities tremendously.
