Indoor cycling,
often called spinning,
is a form of physical exercise in group classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, which involves the use of a special stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

consist out of seated and standing up exercises with the inspiring motivation of the coach and music.
