Cross Fit,
meaning a cross-discipline fitness regimen that involves constant variation of functional movements performed at high intensity.

 

It is promoted as both a physical exercise, philosophy and a competitive fitness sport, incorporating elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, power lifting, gymnastics, kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, strongman and a multitude of sole-body exercises .

Cross Fit or it's lighter variation, circuit training, we are offering
is for everyone who wants to upgrade his or her general fitness.

This discipline distinguishes itself from a regular workout in the gym to an extensive mixture of working with your body combined with diverse equipment and endurance.

We keep the groups small to guarantee a nice work out flow and quality coaching. If needed well split up the group into high and low intensity categories so everyone can work his thing.
